UK DELIVERY TIMES & COSTS

UK DELIVERY is £2.95 for small packages and £5.95 for large packages. Delivery takes between 3-5 days from when placing the order. Bespoke items may take up to 5 working days as these items are made to your specification by hand so may take a little longer. If you need something urgently, please get in contact and we will try our best to make it happen for you.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer Refunds, however we do offer an Exchange. Items need to be returned within 14 days and an exchange will be welcome. Items must be returned using a recorded delivery service.

All jewellery items will not be accepted for an exchange due to hygiene reasons.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned in the original state with all the original packaging, they must be unworn and unused with all the Binghi's Boutique and designer garment tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display the colours of our garments as accurately as possible, however as computer monitors can vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Shopping at BINGHI’S BOUTIQUE is easy:

Use the SHOPPING links across the head of our webpage to navigate through your desired categories. Once you have found an item/s you wish to purchase, you will need to choose your size and colour from the drop down menu. Click on the 'ADD TO BAG' button. These items will now save into 'MY BAG'. You can then review the item/s in your shopping bag. Once you are happy to proceeed, you can move on to the checkout process. If you have a discount coupon code you can enter this at this stage, you will need to click on 'APPLY COUPON' and enter your coupon code to receive the discount. If you do not have a coupon simply click on click on the 'CHECKOUT' button and proceed by following the steps to complete your order. Once your order has been completed successfully you will receive an email of confirmation. We accept Paypal Payments, but have no fear if you do not have a paypal account as you can still use your debit or credit cards to make your purchase through Paypal. You can also pay via BACS Payment (Bank Transfer) simply click on the option and follow the steps to complete your order.

DO YOU OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY IN THE UNITED KINGDOM?
Please contact us at info@binghisboutique.com should you require a next day delivery - dependant on the time of your enquiry and stock levels, we could possibly make this happen.

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
Your entire purchase/s is insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from BINGHI’S BOUTIQUE to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it will no longer be covered.

To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature.

DOES BINGHI’S BOUTIQUE SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
